This photograph was made to show Ralph Lauren’s new collection of clothing, but I think it also represents America’s body image . It is a piece of propaganda reinforcing the view that everyone (or woman) has to be super skinny, instead of healthy. The questions being asked and my answers do not change my perception of the picture. The photograph is very unrealistic, and insulting.
