This is clearly a staged photo, as the woman is naked and shrink wrapped. The barcode furthers the image, by making it like the woman is packaged for sale. I think that the main point of this photo is probably to promote vegetarianism, or even veganism. This advertisement was probably made by a organization like PETA, in response to animal cruelty. This most definitely is propaganda, it is a shocking image, that provokes thoughts as to whether or not it is moral to consume animals.
